This is one of the hardest things Jesus asked. But praying for someone who hurt us is what stops the hurt from growing inside us.

Jesus, help me pray for people who are hard to love. Amen!

- Who could you pray for, even if it's hard?
5-minute activity
Write the first name of someone who was unkind to you on a slip of paper. Pray a short prayer for them together, then tear the paper into tiny pieces as a sign of letting go. Read Matthew 5:43-45.
