Terms of Use

For the purposes of these Terms:

• Platform: the Ilumi Kids website, app and all its services.
• Child: a person under 12 (twelve) years of age (Art. 2, ECA).
• Adolescent: a person aged 12 (twelve) to 18 (eighteen) (Art. 2, ECA).
• Legal Guardian: the father, mother, tutor or person responsible for the child or adolescent.
• User: the child, adolescent or guardian who accesses the Platform.
• Content: stories, games, activities, illustrations and other materials made available.

By using Ilumi Kids, the Legal Guardian declares that they:

• Have read and fully understood these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
• Consent to the processing of the child's personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
• Are the legal guardian of the child who will use the platform.
• Supervise the child's use of the platform, where applicable.

If you do not agree with any item, please do not use the platform.

Ilumi Kids is an educational and recreational platform whose purpose is to present Bible stories to children in a playful, accessible way.

The platform does not replace the vital role of the local church, the family or Christian education professionals. It is a complementary resource.

The content is based on the Holy Scriptures and adapted for children, with no intention of aggressive proselytism or exclusion.

All platform content — including but not limited to texts, illustrations, characters (Lumi and derivatives), logo, games, interfaces, source code and design — is the exclusive property of Ilumi Kids.

Permitted Use:

• Personal, educational and non-profit religious use.
• Printing activities for use in churches, Sunday Schools and homes.
• Sharing the platform link on social media and in the press.

Prohibited Use:

• Selling, reselling or commercializing any content.
• Unauthorized reproduction for mass distribution.
• Modifying, reverse engineering or decompiling the software.
• Using the brand or characters in third-party products.

We are committed to maintaining a safe digital environment:

• Zero external links in areas accessible to children.
• Zero collection of unnecessary data.
• Zero social interaction between children (no chat, comments or public profiles).

Ilumi Kids is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on the educational content.
• We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform.
• Supervising children's use is the responsibility of the Legal Guardian.

Ilumi Kids videos are also published on our YouTube channels through the YouTube API Services. By watching these videos on YouTube, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and are subject to the Google Privacy Policy. See how we handle this data in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, in particular:

• General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018)
• Child and Adolescent Statute (ECA — Law No. 8,069/1990)
• Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Law No. 12,965/2014)
• Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990)

Jurisdiction: the district of the data subject's domicile, pursuant to Art. 18, §8 of the LGPD.
