Strength Made New
"Those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength."Isaiah 40:31
Reflection
When we feel tired or discouraged, God gives us fresh strength. It is like a battery recharging whenever we stay close to God in prayer and in the Bible.
Prayer
Lord, renew my strength today. I want to soar with Your help! Amen!
Talk about it as a family
- When do you feel tired or discouraged?
- How is staying close to God like recharging a battery?
- What helps you get your strength back?
5-minute activity
Find a phone or toy that needs charging and plug it in together. Watch the battery icon fill up while each person shares one thing that wears them out. Pray for fresh strength. Read Isaiah 40:28-31.
