All Things New
"Behold, I make all things new."Revelation 21:5
Reflection
God’s final promise is not to patch things up a bit. It is to make everything new, from the start, with no damage left.
Prayer
Lord, I wait for the day You make everything new. Amen!
Talk about it as a family
- What would you like to be new in the world?
- Will God patch things up a little or make everything new?
- How do you imagine God's new things?
5-minute activity
Take a crumpled sheet of paper and try to smooth it: the creases stay. Then take a fresh sheet. Talk about God, who doesn't just patch things but makes everything new. Read Revelation 21:1-5.
