People promise and sometimes forget. God is not like that. What He says, He does, even if it takes longer on our clock.

Lord, I trust Your promises. Amen!

- Why does God never need to take back what He said?
- Which promise of God would you like to remember this month?
5-minute activity
Starting the month of promises, make a promise jar: each day, write the promise from the devotional on a slip of paper and drop it in. At the end of November, read them all together. Read Numbers 23:19.
