The full story: Paul's Letters

Part 1

Hello! There was a man named Paul who loved Jesus very much. He had many friends who lived far away, in a big city called Rome. Since he couldn't visit them, he decided to write a very special letter.

This letter was long and full of good news about God. Paul wanted his friends to know how much God loved them and the wonderful plan He had for everyone.

Part 2

In the letter, Paul explained something important. He said that all people, sometimes, do things that don't please God. It's like when we disobey our parents or don't share a toy.

These wrong choices make us sad and separate us a little from God, who is perfect and holy. No one can be perfect all the time.

Everyone has sinned and is separated from God's glory. — Romans 3:23

Part 3

But Paul didn't just write about sad things! He had amazing news to share. God loves us so much that He prepared a wonderful gift to bring us close to Him again.

This gift wasn't a toy or a sweet treat. God's gift was His own Son, Jesus, who came into the world out of love for each one of us.

Paul (in his letter): The payment for sin is death. But the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Part 4

Paul taught that when we believe in Jesus, something magical happens in our hearts. It's like God gives us a hug and says, 'You are My beloved child!'

We don't need to be afraid or feel alone anymore. God's Holy Spirit comes to live inside us and helps us do good, love people, and live a happy life full of peace.

Part 5

At the end of his letter, Paul asked his friends in Rome to live like one big family. He taught them to be good to each other, to forgive, and to help anyone who needed it.

And the most important part: he encouraged them to tell everyone this good news! That way, more and more people could learn about the amazing love of God that Paul wrote about in his letter.

I am not ashamed of the good news. It is God's power to save everyone who believes. — Romans 1:16
