Summary for the teacher
Wise men from the East saw a special star and understood that a new King had been born. They traveled to Jerusalem, where King Herod became worried. The star led them to the house where the child Jesus was. They worshiped him and offered gold, frankincense, and myrrh. Warned in a dream, they went home another way.
