Victory Over Death
"O Death, where is your sting? O Hades, where is your victory?"1 Corinthians 15:55
Reflection
Death looked like the strongest thing of all. Jesus proved it was not. For whoever is with Him, death became a door, not an ending.
Prayer
Jesus, thank You for taking away my fear. Amen!
Talk about it as a family
- Why did death seem so strong?
- How did Jesus win over death?
- Why is death like a door for those who are with Jesus?
5-minute activity
Draw a door on a sheet of paper, with a dark side and a bright side. On the bright side, draw what you imagine heaven with Jesus is like. Read 1 Corinthians 15:54-57.
