Some people only want to talk. The ones who really learn are the ones who listen. Listening to parents, teachers and God makes us grow fast.

Father, give me open ears to learn from people who know more. Amen!

Interview a grandparent or older friend, by phone if needed, asking what they learned as a child. The child writes down one piece of advice to keep. Read Proverbs 1:5.
