The Tiny Seed
"The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed, the smallest of all seeds."Matthew 13:31-32
Reflection
A mustard seed fits on a fingertip but becomes a tree where birds build nests. Small things in God’s hands become big. Your faith too.
Prayer
God, take care of my small faith and make it grow. Amen!
Talk about it as a family
- How can something so tiny become a tree?
- What small thing could God use in your life?
- Does faith have to be big to start?
5-minute activity
Put a few seeds, like mustard, beans or lentils, on a fingertip and look at how small they are. Plant them in a cup with damp cotton and watch them sprout this week. Read Matthew 13:31-32.
