It takes courage to say I am struggling. But asking for help is strong, not weak. Nobody was built to carry alone.

Lord, give me courage to ask for help when I need it. Amen!

5-minute activity
Try to open a tight jar lid alone, then ask someone to help. Talk about how strength comes from asking. Make a list of trusted people the child can ask for help. Read James 5:16 and Galatians 6:2.
