Summary for the teacher
As they left Egypt, the people of Israel were trapped between the sea and Pharaoh’s army. Moses said: "Don’t be afraid! The Lord will fight for you". God told Moses to stretch his staff over the sea, a strong wind split the waters into two walls, and the people crossed on dry ground.
