Jesus in the Boat
"But He was in the stern, asleep on a pillow."Mark 4:38
Reflection
Notice: Jesus was sleeping in the middle of the storm. The boat rocked, but He was at peace. His presence changes the whole boat.
Prayer
Jesus, stay in my boat today. Amen!
Talk about it as a family
- What was Jesus doing during the storm?
- Why could He sleep?
- How does His presence change things?
5-minute activity
Build a boat from a box or blankets and climb in together. Rock it gently like a storm while one person pretends to sleep peacefully. Talk about Jesus' calm presence. Read Mark 4:37-41.
