Reflection
Jesus slept in the boat while everyone shouted in fear. He spoke three words and the sea went flat. No storm is too big for Him.
Prayer
Jesus, calm the storm inside me. Amen!

5-minute activity
Fill a bowl with water and make waves with your hand, with a paper boat on top. Then stop and say together, "Peace, be still!" Watch the water calm down. Read Mark 4:35-41.
