Women of the Bible word search to print

Sunday school tends to tell far more stories about male characters, and the side effect is that girls grow up without a Bible figure who looks like them. This sheet exists to correct that simply: twelve names, twelve stories that exist and are rarely told.

Deborah was a judge and led an army; Esther confronted a king; Ruth chose to stay when she could have left. If there is time after the activity, pick one of the three and tell the whole story.
