In Mark 10 the disciples try to send the children away and Jesus is indignant with them: he tells them to let the children come, takes each one in his arms and blesses them. It is the passage a child understands without explanation, because every child knows how it feels to be sent away from the grown-ups’ conversation.
One way to run it: read the four verses before handing out the sheet. When your child finds ARMS and HANDS, ask what Jesus did with them. The answer is in verse 16, and they get to find it.
