Summary for the teacher
Wicked Haman plotted to destroy the Jews. Bravely, Queen Esther told the king that she was Jewish too and begged for the lives of her people. Haman’s plan turned against him, and the king allowed the Jews to defend themselves. Sorrow turned into joy, and the feast of Purim is still celebrated today.
