Teaching at Home
"You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house."Deuteronomy 6:7
Reflection
God did not say to teach only at church. It was on the couch, on the road, at bedtime. Faith is learned day by day, in ordinary life.

God, may my home be a place of learning about You. Amen!

Choose a short verse and say it together at four moments today: at breakfast, on the way somewhere, at dinner and at bedtime. See if the child remembers it by night. Read Deuteronomy 6:6-7.
